Medical Residency Program
The Gardens is a primary clinical teaching site for geriatric medical education for the AdventHealth Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programs and Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, as well as for medical students from the Florida State University College of Medicine.
Fellows spend six months at The Gardens, under the supervision of faculty geriatricians, making rounds multiple days per week to ensure close monitoring and care of each patient. Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents and medical students see patients on rotation under the supervision of faculty and fellows.
