Comfortable, clean, serene and safe, The Gardens at DePugh provides a full range of short-term and 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services – including physical, speech, occupational and nutritional therapies. We also offer hospice and respite care.

Our professional staff of registered and licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants care for the chronically ill and elderly – assisting those recovering from strokes, heart attacks, orthopedic conditions, and other illnesses and injuries. We work closely with all area hospitals, home health agencies
and hospices.
