    The Gardens at DePugh is open to visitors 24 hour a day, 7 days a week to provide excellent skilled nursing and Rehabilitation care.

  • What are the care for the elder services offered?

    Short Stay Care

    Our Short Stay services provide our patients with excellent care in a warm, family-oriented environment. Speeding recovery and returning patients home as quickly as possible are our primary goals.


    Long-Term Care

    Our Long-Term Care staff provides 24-hour care for elderly residents and chronically ill patients. They are devoted to the creation of a comforting environment and are focused on helping each resident achieve the highest level of independence and quality of life.


    Hospice Care

    Bringing warmth, caring and compassion, our Hospice Care provides physical, emotional and spiritual comfort to individuals suffering from a life threatening illness. Our services range from respite care and pain/symptom management to the support of patients and their families through end of life care.


    We provide 24 hour a day Registered Nursing and Certified Nursing Assistants to care for your loved one.
